Please double check your Email address and phone number. If we do not answer your email within 24hrs, then the email address must be incorrect or it could've possibly went to your spam folder, please check there also. Most Emails are answered fairly quickly.

You may contact BBT customer service by phone, (706-217-6161), but the preferred method is by filling out form and sending an email with all your boat information, then I am prepared to answer your questions with the information you have provided. In most cases the emails are answered within a 2 hour window. If your particular Console or Bow mount is not listed, then send a few photos with the email, which will better enable us to study your need and reply. If you choose to call and you do not get an answer, Please leave a message and contact info and I will call you back within 24 hrs. Van Foster Jr. BBT


 Shipment of Orders - In Most cases, orders are filled and shipped the same day as orders are submitted.
